Senela is an internationally renowned Speaker, Executive coach & Facilitator and has trained and coached entrepreneurs and professionals from over 20 countries. She has trained teams from the World Bank, United Nations, Multinationals and large conglomerates. 

Senela has been invited as a Keynote speaker and panelist to many international events and conferences, to speak on Professional development, Management, Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion as it relates to Unconcious bias, Cultural Intelligence, Inclusive strategies, Empowered Women in Leadership and Workforce Development. Senela is also a Judge, Speaker & Mentor at various Incubators & Accelerators.
